Speaker no longer works

I've had my ctx for about two months and used it in the water three times and now the speaker barely works I checked all the settings they seem to be set correctly, and the head phones work great any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

Just asking, did you check the volume setting after you unplugged the headphones?

Yes, I did check the volume after unplugging I turned it up to 30 and still the same...I can just barely hear it...not that I would ever need to use that speaker. I just hope that I don't loos all the volume with the headphones...Thanks.

Send it back in.

Reading the failures here makes me think it was a GREAT idea to hang on to my SE Pro, and Excal II....

The longer the Explorer guys keep using the Explorers, the better we CTX users like it...:clapping: wildherre

As long as my ctx turns on Or doesn't fall apart I agree. Can I honestly say I will get threw this whole season without sending my ctx in for a repair not at all. And it's always in the back of your mind ( is my ctx gonna last this hunt) that's the aweful thing about it. they don't build them like they use too haha, cheers

I took the CTX out over the weekend and notice a little moisture inside the display, so I guessed it's not the volume limit or the connections. I've been trying to contact minelab...just get a recording, please leave name and number, and we will get back to you in 24 hours or next business day. It would be nice to get a Tech on the phone to answer a few questions.
It looks like I need to charge the batteries for the Excal.
