Spare coil?

Ted S

Well-known member
If you fellas could only have one spare coil what would it be and why? I have kept my research for years and there is a fairgrounds that yielded a bunch of silver years ago. The area is extremely trashy but I know there are some goodies left in there! Usually I hunt fields so the factory coil or maybe a new pro coil would be fine in that situation. Thanks for the advice and I hope you all have a great Holiday season! Ted

Spare to the stock coil-
Id pick the 6in exclerator.
Great separation in trash with excellent depth.

I'd use the 4.5x7 excellorator sniper coil. Excellent depth and separation while providing clean sounds to help on the deeper coins
