Very nice find! In all reality Gunnar, you have found much older items than this coin. Look at the arrowheads, copper spear points and pottery you find. Now those are OLD.
 
I have walked a lot of miles looking! I want one! Great find and congrats to you. I am 15 minutes from a wreck and 30 from several others. I go looking but I have yet to have any luck. :clapping:
 
well the site I'm at goes back to about 1803 but never thought I'd find one of those there the hey day was about from 1840 to through 1880's thanks for the responses guys!
