I just ordered the Sovereign GT today and did not know that Minelab detectors where on backorder. Is the Sovereign GT also on backorder?

Your detector may be on back order. Maybe not. But Minelab sure has a problem lately with accessories. I hope everything goes your way. If you see something you want you should snatch it up while you can.
 
Check around with different dealers. I'm sure some have the GT in stock. Kellyco maybe too. Support your local dealer if you can. Minelab prices are for the most part the same no matter where you buy one.
