Sovereign GT headphones output?

Yes, please tell us how the amp is working and any feedback. I might be interested as well...

The amp itself is really clean , and has plenty of power ....Don't let the tin fool ya .....It's got good quality components inside and no hiss or any other abnormalities ..... The problem that I'm having is due to the original Sovereign not having a volume control ....The shear volume of the Sovereign is loading up the tin amp too much and is making the amp compress the signal ( squashes it ) to the point where it changes the tone of the signal ..... The other problem I'm having is that there is nowhere around ANYPLACE that is clean enough to really see whether or not this setup will work properly ....I'm hitting targets everytime I move the coil .... The one day that I was down at the NJ shore where everything was sanded in would have been the perfect place to give it a go .....but I did not have this thing setup yet ..... I'm listening for a hint of threshold change, and I'm getting SLAMMED with LOUD targets ..... I am guessing that the tin amp would work fine if you could adjust the volume of the material that you are feeding it to some degree ....I'm not sure how Joe had his volume on his machine set before going into Doc's amp ...???????....... I know I can set my threshold way down to where you don't even hear it , and when you hit a target it SCREAMS out at you , and you're not fighting hiss even at full volume on the little tin amp !!.... As I said earlier , it's a very quiet kit !!..... Sorry I couldn't give a better acconting of the amp since I have what I have to work with , and would be better served if I had a volume contol like on the GT to be better able to control the amount of signal going to the tin amp .....Jim
