Sovereign extension cable needed

Richard-N-FL

New member
I am in need of a extension cable so I can hip mount my Elite which has a inline probe. For some reason the cable from the probe box is only about 6 inches long. I was using my meter but the connector is bad on it. Keeps giving me false readings. The meter was sent in and calibrated to 180 about 3 years ago and also had the connector replaced then. Anyways I need a extension cable or any other ideas would be great. Thanks

Look for a mike extention cable (ham/cb radio) that has the same amount of pins, the good thing is they are usually coiled so they streatch ok without hanging in the way, do a search as there was a thread on here recently about the same thing with links to a supplier

It took about three weeks to get, but it works perfectly.
