nice find , i,ve never found one yet condition can depend on soil i found a copper spear point in mint condition and the state archeologyst said it was the best she had seen ever come out of minnesota I found it in clay under water a typ of marl clay that is whith lots of lime in it so no acids had ever had a shance to work on it get em on surface whear they oxidize and they will just crumble after 500 years
