do they work better with it modified from dixie detectors ? whats the diffrence factory or modified? thank you

My GT works to good to have ANYTHING done to it. This is the best wet sand detector I have used in 16 years of water hunting. Why would I want to mess that up with a mod they may or may not improve the machine? A larger coil is the best improvement on the GT in my opinion.
