Sov Elite

I already have a Sov GT and have an opportunity to purchase an Elite with only 10hrs on it for the wife for $500.00. It has the 10" coil and all of the typical stuff that came with it. That seems a little high to me, what do you think? If I were to purchase it, it would have to be a good deal.

I just Bought a Gt with spare coil for 500.00, in like new condition about 2 weeks ago,, I think the elites should go for around 400.00 in newer condition.. Great detector as well.......just my 2 cents worth

$350 to $400 sounds about right.but then again iv got one i wouldn't sell for $800....iv got GT's ,and Excal's that wont come close to this Elite on small Gold.just every now and then you run across a detector that's a cut above the rest.i don't know why, might be the way its tuned.its not the coil as iv had 4 diff coils on both the GT and the Elite and every time the Elite is top dog. i am safe in saying this Elite will never be for sale! you don't here too often that my GT is my back up for my Elite.

I think I paid $550 for the GT and the Digimeter and the unit was only several months old. Came with all the parts, which I guess includes the battery holder and 2nd rechargable pack. Also got one of those Minelab hip/chest mount bags with it that I never used. By the way, if anybody wants to make me an offer on that bag PM me. I'll consider a trade for a bigger digger if you have one laying around.

EDIT: I checked and I paid $650 for all that with no extra for shipping, but remember the meter alone new is like $190 I think.
