This picture was taken on a Farm to Market Road just west of Seguin, Texas. Kelley (Texas) :)

If I understand correctly, The Windmill operates the pump, and fills the Tank? Would the Windmill have a Shut-off valve once the Tank filled ?

If not in operation, it probably would not take much to put it back in service. You can free spin the blade or feather it, and many of the water troughs will have a cut off or float. Kelley (Texas) :)
