I took these South Texas White Wing Dove pictures a few minutes ago using my Canon SX10is point & shoot bridge camera. It is a hot 102 degrees and I had just gone out to give the birds some food and fresh water when on a spur of the moment I decided to take a few pictures. I bought this camera about five years ago to carry in the saddle bags of my bike when I rode the back roads of South Texas taking pictures of old farms, ranches, barns, old towns, and historical sites. I don't use it much anymore, mostly use my Sony A300 DSLR camera now days, but there are lots of great memories associated with this bridge camera, and I doubt if I would ever sell it.
Note: I did very little photo editing to these two pictures, and they are classified as snap shots as I did not follow the rule of thirds in composing the pictures. Kelley (Texas)
