Sound Question!

New member
Does anyone know of a web sight, where I could listen to the sound of the detectors before I purchase them? Thank you, morningstar.

I don't know of one but its a good idea.Maybe even include the id screen under different target and depth operations.A on line test course in a test garden with different detectors would be a big hit.The dealer's wouldn't like it. Ron

Thank you for your reply Ron. I agree that it would indeed be a great advantage to the buyers. I just bought a new detector and the sound on it was a little irritating. But fortunately for me, Chuck is going to fix me up with a better sounding machine. Thank you and God Bless, morningstar.

Morningstar,

I have found that the sounds you hear from a detector can change depending on the headphones you use. I was using treasure hunter headphones and then bought Killer Bee's. The two sounded completely different. Have you tried different headphone with the same detector ?
