Or Maybe Like Me He Feels The Not So Good Things He Did When He Was A Different Person In A Earlier Life When His Name Could Have Been Long Hair Perry Owens???

machine you are working on because you don't own it and you don't have to pay to fix it, normal employee stuff like leaving the water run in the bathroom because you don't pay for the water that is running (This is really a pet pee of mine )

All employer's go through this, you go to Wal Mart and you will find the same thing, you go to the post office and you will find the same thing, you go to city hall and you will find the same thing, employees can be a hand full at times because they don't stop and think before they act. Many employees only care about pay day and could care less about their employer and always believe they should be making as much as the owner but the first time you ask one of these employees to work over time at time and a half they tell you no I can't because I have to mow my lawn or go shopping.

I guess I'm a little different about work, makes no difference at what I'm doing but my job always came number one in my life before anything because without money you have nothing, all employer's go through it, people looking for some thing for nothing, not willing to give that little extra to be a good employee and get ahead in life, everybody wants it handed to them.

One thing is for sure Vernon, if most employees own the company that they worked for, production would go up ten fold and the water would never be left running in the bathroom again ;). Craig's the best employer I have ever worked for and knew it when I asked him for a shot at the job a year and a half ago, I took the chance and up rooted, sold my home, left a job that I was on for 16 years and my best friend who gave me that job, Jeff, I took a chance and it worked out because I wanted it to work, but most folks won't go that extra mile to make their life better, glad I did, just eight more years and I can do the Elson gig,

There Was Many Times i Worked 5-7 Hrs Straight Because The Was something Going On That Evening And I Did It Because I Wanted Every Thing Perfect For That Night--I Even Went In Sometimes On Sun On My Own Time To Do Something I Thought Needed To Be Done---But When I Reached 70 And Was Not As Fast As I Was I Was Let Know It Was Time For Someone Younger To Do The Job---I Know That Would Happen Some Time As When I Started 17 Years Before That I Was Told I Would Be Gotten Rid Of When I Got Old---So I Quit In Feb. Well They Found Out The Younger Guy (43) Could NOT Get The Job Done And Had To Rearrange A Nother Janitors Job By 2 Hrs To Help Him So The Job Could Get Done===Oh Well That Over With Now It Feels Good To Be Out Of There----It Was NOT My Real Boss Who Did That As He Told On The Day I Left He Was Very Happy With My Work Right To The Last Day---I Could Have Slacked Off But I Never Did That---- Your Work Has To Satisfy You , That What Really Matters

... If a lot of business owners looked at the return on assets they are making, they would find in many cases they could do better putting all their money into a pass book savings account or CD's and do better .... and not have to deal with employees who don't care, difficult customers, all the levels of government, insurance, lawyers, etc. Bubba is very fortunate to have someone like you on his team. Hopefully your work ethics may wear off on some of the others there who don't really give a Rat's Patootie about the company and the benefit their job brings them.

those workers certainly would need to be appreciated for the work they do, as well as their work ethics, and be paid accordingly and above the salary of the people that leave the water running. How disgusting.

I would say this rates as unskilled labor

The person who uses this told me she needed a new hammer before this one broke and hit her in the head.

I told her she should use it the way its supposed to be used...she said it was easier the way she did it.
