machine you are working on because you don't own it and you don't have to pay to fix it, normal employee stuff like leaving the water run in the bathroom because you don't pay for the water that is running (This is really a pet pee of mine
)
All employer's go through this, you go to Wal Mart and you will find the same thing, you go to the post office and you will find the same thing, you go to city hall and you will find the same thing, employees can be a hand full at times because they don't stop and think before they act. Many employees only care about pay day and could care less about their employer and always believe they should be making as much as the owner but the first time you ask one of these employees to work over time at time and a half they tell you no I can't because I have to mow my lawn or go shopping.
I guess I'm a little different about work, makes no difference at what I'm doing but my job always came number one in my life before anything because without money you have nothing, all employer's go through it, people looking for some thing for nothing, not willing to give that little extra to be a good employee and get ahead in life, everybody wants it handed to them.
One thing is for sure Vernon, if most employees own the company that they worked for, production would go up ten fold and the water would never be left running in the bathroom again
. Craig's the best employer I have ever worked for and knew it when I asked him for a shot at the job a year and a half ago, I took the chance and up rooted, sold my home, left a job that I was on for 16 years and my best friend who gave me that job, Jeff, I took a chance and it worked out because I wanted it to work, but most folks won't go that extra mile to make their life better, glad I did, just eight more years and I can do the Elson gig,
