What you figure? Check out the size of that mother of a coil!
Here's an old ad with a pic of Charles Garrett from the 70's.
I have no idea, but I bet it wasn't very hot on coin sized objects. It could probably pick up a pop can at 4-5 feet. Pretty scary looking ,eh!
