Good eye Bill, that sure is a little sucker. The reverse lower right looked like it was wrapped in foil like the gold coins I played with (ate) when I was a kid. 
The thread count should have been a hint to it's size if I was paying attention.

Your close up shows the threads of the fabric, you were either using burlap or it was really magnified.... as it was. A common thread count for fabrics about 200 threads per inch.
