I went to the river last week or the week before and was wearing my chest waders and couldn't get out too far. Found quite a few 22 bullets, casings, pull tabs and pop tops. What really surprised me was finding this diabetic syringe about 5 feet from where everybody enters and exits the swim park.
Didn't find the needle but was getting a beep on it and it must have come off in my scoop and fell thru. Just a good idea to be careful out there.

Yep, know what you mean. My last couple of dips resulted in mostly beaver tails, and shotgun brass. A lot of ammo been shot up in N. America.

Got a little taste of chicken today, 1945 American/Phillipine 10 centavos silver coin. Post photos tomorrow.

Thanks, Mud. Posted it in it's regular size in another post. The photo I got from the internet made it look like a large coin. HH

Went back Thursday and found 23 coins including a 1941 50 Pfenning with the Swastika on it. Scratched it up cleaning it, but it really doesn't feel like a coin. Tone like a quarter, tho. Hope I can post the photos later.
