As alot of you know, my 49th birthday was Saturday. I was sitting in my recliner in the afternoon when Carol comes through the door with a sack of groceries and pitches me a box of Ding Dongs saying,"Happy Birthday honey and heres your cake"
Well, the ones of you that really know me know Im not one to complain, but enough was enough. It WAS my birthday and not only did I want a cake; I expected one!
Let me just say that Carol is a wonderful cook and bakes everything. I realize she has been busy at work since her boss went to Italy and left her in charge for two weeks.
This morning when I arrived at work, there was a wonderful chocolate cake on my desk with a card that my beautiful sister made me yesterday.
Tonight when I got home, Carol had my birthday "cupcakes" made for me so to make a long story even longer, I now have cake out the ying yang!
