Something to listen for

Listen guys and girls. I been out hunting the local parks and by ways. This detector will hit silver you just have to listen for the deep targets. And I've been pulling sliver the last few hunts. You got to go slow and even slower in the trash. Next when you get a target over the 4 inch mark, if you will take a few extra swings you will see, if a dime, the meter will jump for 83 to 84 or 85. This is a dime signal. If it goes from 83 down to 82 or 81, this will be a penny and chances its a wheat or pre 1982 penny. By the way I've been pulling Penny's and dime out at 7 to 8 inches in discriminating mode. Good luck and Happy 4th, Happy Canada day (for the folks up north). :canadaflag::usaf::usaflag::teknetics:#1

Thanks for the advice Ken. I don't hit silver. Just not in the right places, but I did hit a new park today, maybe.......

........just maybe! :)

Thanks, Ken! This is a good time for me to add some tricks in IDing targets with my Gold Bug. I will try to keep focus and check for a slight shift up or down coinciding with dime vs penny. Any other tricks out there?

Silver will come, its a matter of time. Slow it down and the 19 kHz will do it's job. Listen for the deep signal, look at the VID to hit the 80's and dig it out! By the way I have dug pull tab's reading as pull tab's at 5 to 7 inches! and the last silver I dug was a 1942 Merc. at 6 inches in the ground. Also, you can try searching with all metal, watch the VID for the 50's and up and you will finds some nice item's.
