Cool pin Skully! Sigma Delta Pi was organized at the University of Cincinnati in 1913. I don't believe they exist anymore but I could be wrong. There is a similar piece of jewelry on eBay from the exact same fraternity. The eBay auction number is 320161207181. At first I thought that the T.N.E. stood for Theta Nu Epsilon which is a secret society that operates like a fraternity.
