Thanks Lee.
Ok. Something different is not an object I found but an entrance to something. I located it from an 1894 map. It was near a well but there was no foundation. I assume there was a house in the area. After entering there was a 2 foot square tunnel on the right that was about 8 or 10 feet long (will post pic later)that ended at the ground surface that distance away from the entrance. After that the tunnel decended a couple feet and about 3 feet after that was the main structure. A square base that was about 6 feet deeper than the tunnel I entered and about 6 foot square. (should have taken a pic of that) Above it was a dome shaped top which probably had a foot of soil covering it. I will post a pic of that and sorry but I don't know how to post multible pics. So please bear with me. Does anyone know what this was used for? I thought it may have been a storage area for food but I see no purpose for the small tunnel on the right.
Whatzit?
