Someone left me a silver dime in plain sight.

I went to check out a new,old spot , and found tracks someone had been there.. Frost heaving had lifted the clods. Marks every square foot. With the freezing and thawing, could not be helped Then, I noticed a hole about the size of one hand cupped, with a silver dime laying on the side. Rain had washed the dirt off...Wandered around and started picking virtual surface coins off..Dimes/ Quarters at the two inch mark. I got my nickel so not worried about rings. 2009 Running total, 3 1/2 hours out.. $4 change, one ring, three silver dimes. 6 tabs total..Oldest coin a 1916 wheat cent.......Need to get some of last years beginners luck back, cordially Nad(05 march)

Nice hunting Nad! Weather is supposed to be good this weekend but I got the luck of the draw and am working all weekend! Maybe with daylight savings coming I can get out for a little coil swing time Sunday evening.

Neat Nad.......

That reminds me.

I found a silver quarter at a site. Then I lost
it before I finished!

Next time I was there I found a silver quarter
laying on a root...lol
