i know they have two others coils beside the one that comes with the at pro ... what will the other coils do better than the other coil that comes with the machine. iam planning on buy the two of them. but in the mean time i need to find out more.

The DD coil that comes with the machine is good for target separation and helps ignore mineralized soils, the coil penetrates the ground in a narrow strip down the center of the coil.
The 6.5 x 9 is a concentric coil and penetrates the ground in a cone shape to a point.
The Sniper coil is just as described a Sniper, used for trashy areas so you can find good stuff between the junk.

Hope this helps, and there are picture examples you can see on line reference to the concentric versus a DD coil.

Good explanation now if they would just build the darn things I would be a happy boy. Got the sniper on order and will get the other one too I am sure. I want my sniper coil come on Garrett getter done.
