Bury coins in your yard, you better have a minelab to find them..lol...I can't remember who said that but it's not a lie.I'm still looking and talking to some dealers on a new 705,with the stock coil swapped out for a 10.5 dd. I'll never use that stock coil. So,the dealers started clouding my mind about how good the e Trac is,and got me all hyped up again,I hate it when I lose focus.anyhow,I'm gettin ready to order a new 705 in the morning and I'm glad to be back.I'm not big on buying new,but from my experience with the 705 its worth every penny.

Thanks everyone.I've got two good ones,an xterra 705 which will always be here and a e Trac on the way, just had to know if the hype was true,.now I gotta wait till spring!

Are we talking about 10.5 DD 7.5KHZ or the 18.75 KHZ Would the 18 KHZ be better on land hunting?? or the 7.5

It would depend on soil conditions, but generally the MF (7.5kHz) coils are preferred for general purpose hunting.
