Hi every one Im sure a few of you guys have been wondering where Ive been and some may not care LOL first off several months ago I had problems with mt back. My Doctor says its a pinched nerve that gives me alot of pain and that kinda stinks so tecting has slowed down for while. My youngest son started T ball so I became a Coach so Ive been tied up with that for a couple of months hoping for my back to heal. This is where the story comes about A good friend of mine has three boys that play Ball also and his youngest has a hammered brass coin on a leather necklace which was made in Disney World like 3 years ago and this is his good luck charm and wouldnt you know it he and a few friends were playing at the park in the deep sand and were playing hide the charm ,well they hid it pretty well LOL and Treavor lost his Ball game that day and he was very upset because he just new that it was because he lost his good luck charm. So after Treavors Dad, Grandfather Mother and tons of other people at the park looked for almost a week my buddy Jeff,Treavors father called me and asked me if I could see if I could find it so last sunday I went right to the spot he showed me and hunted for about 30 minuets with the stock coil on with no luck and my back was killing me so I said I would be right back I drove home and got the big boy the WOT and a jump rope I borrowed from my son.Off I went back to the park once I got there LOL boy did I look a sight I tied the jump rope to the back of my belt loop and over my shoulder tied to my Explorer boy did that take a load off ,needless to say 20 mins later I found the brass charm right where I had went over many many times with the stock coil around 8 inches deep under sand and stuck in the red clay on edge sung out like a bird but Im not in the habit of finding brass stuff so I dugg down and I almost got knocked down by Treavor thanking me for finding it about a Million times even tho I hadnt been detecting in a while this kinda stuff makes it worth it . thanks for reading my long post HH Frank Bunkley
