My brother order a new V-3 from a Dealer in Texas City, TX. It took 4 or 5 days to come in so He could pick it up. The dealer and Whites did GREAT Job here.. (The Dealer was Closed for VACATION three of these days and out of town).

Jeff was Tickled Pink and in High Cotton with his new toy for about a two months then we noticed something was going Bad over a week or so. He started to lose depth. then the detector want in to overload. We put my 4X6 coil on it. All it was a Bad coil. Being Sunday we had to call Monday. Being OLD TIMERS it was 3:30 p.m. Monday the call to Whites was made. Jeff told the service dept . in Oklahoma he had a bad coil. He was told a NEW ONE WAS in the mail ( WE ALL HEARD THIS BEFORE) and to mail the old back when he could get around to it.
By Wednesday 9:00 had check the mail installed the NEW coil and hit the Parks. H

If the Great Folks at Whites hadn't had to wait on the U.S. Mail there would not been no down time at all.

There is not BETTER Service anywhere

Here's to ya Whites.:cheers:Best customer service...hands down

I received my M6 yesterday exactly one week from the time ups picked it up for the second time . Tony got it all calibrated right this time and it works just fine he did good work and got it back to me in fast time . Not sure what happen the first time I sent it to him but he corrected the problem at no cost for the second trip there and back . I took it out yesterday afternoon and dug 35 coins in two hours with it and they all displayed right ,so thumbs up to Whites and Tony for getting the problem corrected . Tony is the repairman at the Illinois repair site which is closest to me here in Missouri .:thumbup:
