Had a 10 hunt slump so in my frustration I gassed up the truck and headed to Barberville where I've had pretty good luck in the past. Hunted public stuff, got turned down on a private. Hunted about 5 hrs. on Sat. and got the barbie, v, buff, and the merc and a couple wheats. Sun I hunted another 3 hrs and was hitting the wheats pretty good but couldn't find any more silver? Anyways, much better mood now that I broke the slump...... Days are numbered here....was down to 26 degrees the other night.
