A lot of these items were found in excavated dirt piles at my site.

Didn't find any old coins this time but it was still fun to dig these local coins out.

Finally, a button that I dug from a pile of mud! I've not seen this star design before so not sure how old. It appears to have an iron shank.

Great going Doug ! That's quite a haul you have there . Is that one of those cool silver Filipino dimes that were minted in the U.S.A. ?

YES THOSE ARE THE ONES !! WOW !! :yikes::surprised:
That's a whole bunch and you've got some of the larger denomonations too !! Way to go Doug !! I love the beauty of those . I have 3 but didn't find them detecting. My son gave me one he found in a store parking lot and my brother in law gave me 2 he got with a bunch of stuff from a garage sale They had been part of a bracelet and have little loops soldered on the outside edges . Chances of digging one up around here would be pretty slim. Thanks for showing those great pictures Doug .:clapping: I hope you find a bunch more !!
