i do the both gb ... doesnt work . when the gb is stabilized to 13 to 18 it does the same sing sing sing. i would to like sometime just to walk on the wet sand and have some fun , but it is impossible...manual GB still the same....

any ideas fellas?

I am assuming that your using an AT PRO International via all those Euros, nice finds by the way! :clapping: One thing you never mentioned was your sensitivity setting, if you're running it maxed out, try backing off on the sensitivity and see if that quietens the "PRO"

hi quarterhorse

yes I'm using an at pro international.

i use my at a t the max sens ,cuz we have lotta finders here too, so i would to like to get the deepest items not found by the other md. I've tried to lower the sens to the forth bar. but it will be the same deep range of an 250. i get the at for that purpose. well I'm assumin that the sea water is a very bad beast for any metal....

Ty and don't forget .....sand never sleep but keep....

Yeah, I'd say turn down the sensitivity as well. It will run alot smoother and ground balance better. Don't hesitate to use manual ground balance. I do that alot. Happy Hunting!:)

you could try auto ground balancing first, and then from there put it in manual ground balance and take it in to negative by a few points. This may help a bit.....good luck
