some smallish bricks on the bay this morning - surf cam shows the lane ruff as bricks :)

How's the water over there lately? I'll be down at the northern end of the Outer Banks next week and I saw a report of 68F water temp - that sounds a little chilly for staying in the water for an hour at a time. Am I a freezy-cat or should I tough it out without my shorty? Or is it a bit warmer in the surf?

Here's hoping for some (nice and mild) sand-stripping weather this week. I know, "be careful what you wish for..."
