I don't go out much in the summer but I made it out a couple times this past week and thought I'd share what I found. An 1804 half cent, some bullets and buttons, and a flat button with a very clear backmark "London Plated". Don't know where that came from but I'm guessing colonial times. All with my trusty MXT.
 
Now that's the way to do it. We hunt a lot at night & i have grown to love it, just get you a good head light at walmart & take some bug spray & a pistol if you think you need it. Yee Haw. I would like to have that half cent in my display case, it's still on my wish list.
