Some old stuff..

Was digging around in an old cigar box from 1886 and found this stuff. Green stamps from many years ago when your money was worth something. One of my first credit cards from the early sixties. The interest rate was one percent ( bring back the good old days ), and my family crest.

i remember going to the "redemption store" as a kid. of course we always had to get some useful kitchen item, but i would always dream of getting the new baseball glove or six transistor radio.

Yeah I remember all the goodies they had at the Green Stamp Store. Me and the wife ( mostly her ) cashed in a lot of books. In fact, I think I still have a full book somewhere in the attic. Maybe I'll look for it.
