HI lads ,
take a look what I discover...
http://www.metaldetection.net/english/Deepers-10DD-Eng.htm
Is somebody know about it -any worths ?

Pulse Induction technology is interesting, to say the least. Detector guru's like George Payne and Eric Foster have been working with it since the late 70's, early 80's. And, there are several manufacturers today who make a pretty decent unit. Minelab is among the best with some of their gold detectors. Unfortunately for coin shooters, the technology used in PI detectors does not allow for discrimination circuitry, as found in discriminating VLF detectors. With a PI detector, just separating ferrous and non-ferrous is an accomplishment. Being able to notch, identify targtets and set a variable level based on size and conductivity is still "in the works". I keep hearing rumors that Whites is working on a Pulse Induction detector that has target ID. As someone who looks for old coins at old sites, I would be very interested in something like that. Keep searching Tom, like digger says until they bring in PI's combined with the VLF's targeting, tones and discrimination capabilities then I might get excited. Until then I'll stick with my XT-70 and my ace 250.
Cheers!

In Europe big iron discriminating PIs is not new, the deepers is mexican i believe.

They are made for cache hunting or bigger artefacts and i have not seen a good test on any of them that can be useful for us.

look at the stinger videos at this bulgarian brand link.

Dont fall for it, when we got them it will be hot news and you will not be searching for them on the net.

Yeah Ive heard of that machine before. A guy got a hold of one down here in Oz and it couldnt handle our minerals. Total failure. Not to say its not good in European types of situations, might be great but down here:thumbdown:
Yeah Whites are having a crack at a PI and from what I hear it should be ok.
Theres another in the wind which is supposed to be you beaut with target Id and all the other bells and whistles called the Pulse Devil made by a Dave Emery.
Looking forward to having a squiz at both of them.

Who makes that thing???
