Some Interesting Finds From An Old Park In CT

These items are some of my more interesting finds from an old estate which has since been open to the public as a state park. I haven't found much silver here with my Garrett Ace 300 but my friend "Mkus" has had better luck with a couple rings and a 1912 barber dime. I am curious about the little "goat" bell. It doesn't have its striker which seems to have rusted away but it is one of my favorite finds so far. The skeleton key has tiny incuse lettering which reads "J.L. RAUB NEW LONDON CONN". Nothing super valuable here but these were fun to find!

Congrats on your finds! I too like that little bell & skeleton key. Always fun to dig up these interesting things.

Very nice !

I would love to find a skeleton key. We used them on every door lock in the first house i remember living in.

Cool finds Greg there is more silver there for sure
