I acquired the A T Pro a while back to do some serious water hunting while up in Mn the last two weeks of Aug. through Labor Day. As fate would have it, the water out to chest deep was very un-productive. Oh, I snagged a few items. Both gold plated pieces came from the water along with a few coins, including a 1917 Buffalo, the US Minn 6 button (maybe National Guard) and a few pieces of lead and clad. The sand did yield a 64d Rosie along with some clad and a couple of wheats. I had hit the sand pretty hard back in June with a Fisher machine. The dirt was the best hunting for me this trip. Between the dirt, sand and water, I did, though, come away with 303 pieces of clad and Memorial cents. HH jim tn
I had high hopes for some gold and old coins in the water by the bucket loads for you...figure somebody else hunted the water? Did you find any of those real old pulltabs in there? Nice work regardless!
