Some gopher state treasure.:garrett:

I acquired the A T Pro a while back to do some serious water hunting while up in Mn the last two weeks of Aug. through Labor Day. As fate would have it, the water out to chest deep was very un-productive. Oh, I snagged a few items. Both gold plated pieces came from the water along with a few coins, including a 1917 Buffalo, the US Minn 6 button (maybe National Guard) and a few pieces of lead and clad. The sand did yield a 64d Rosie along with some clad and a couple of wheats. I had hit the sand pretty hard back in June with a Fisher machine. The dirt was the best hunting for me this trip. Between the dirt, sand and water, I did, though, come away with 303 pieces of clad and Memorial cents. HH jim tn

It looks like you found a number of tokens and some smushed, but salvageable rings, too! I'd say you did pretty darn well!.

[size=large]Now what are those hunters you left up there gunna find now? looks like you got it all. just to be kind maybe you could mail back some of those pennies. just so they'll have something to find after their next winter. :)

Thats a stinky heap o clad! Good thing you had your fart spray along! I had high hopes for some gold and old coins in the water by the bucket loads for you...figure somebody else hunted the water? Did you find any of those real old pulltabs in there? Nice work regardless! :clapping:
Mud

Thanks guys, and year, did have a great time up there. Had several days, though, of Tn kind of heat. The fart spray container said it all for water hunting there. It stunk. Mud, shortly after our June trip up there they had hard several inch rain downpour with high winds that washed out the beach. That perhaps covered many of the older finds? Didn't, though, seem to bring any older and deeper ones up out of the beach sand.??? Maybe next year jim tn

Good clad haul
