got a rosie , some wheats , a neat old spoon some clad , and this little guy a baby owl . great horned one i think , the mother was flying around , he was blown out of his nest where i was detecting and i took some pic's called the cop, a friend and he called a bird rescue lady and she will take care of it , would have died other wise , this i think is my find of a life time

Neat find, Dave!
Some friends and I stopped for a roadside whiz on the way to a concert once and found a wounded osprey. Wrapped it in a blanket to keep from being bitten/clawed and took it to a shelter. Still remember that event clearly 25 years later. (Can barely remember anything about the concert.)

That Owl would have made the Perfect Misc. Find for my Find of the Month Misc. Category.
