Some coins...

My girlfriend was going through some of her Grand daddys things and ran across these. I am a beach hunter, so I know a little about jewelry, but not coins. I am from the States, but these coins are and have been on Grand Cayman islands for some time. Is there anything here of great value? Not sure what marks to look for or anything. So any info or help would be awesome.
