some clad and 5 more wheats

today I went back to the house where I dug 24 wheats, and I was working the backyard, I still cannot find a single silver coin there. I do not think they dropped any! I got $2.88 in modern clad coins, 5 more wheats 1910, 1928, 1939, 1945, and 1947. Got this old broach too, but it was missing the center stone, I looked around the hole but it was not there.
 
Great hunt. 29 wheats out of one yard is a good haul. Hunt it again from a different direction - has to be at least one silver dime hiding in there some where.
 
Nice. That metal thingy looks just like my 1927 dog tax tag.
 
Years ago hunted a large old yard and dug 35 wheaties before I hit a standing liberty quarter..A couple of more times from different directions digging all I ended up with 9 or 10 silver coins and of all things a 1836 large cent. With that many wheaties has to be a silver dime hiding...Remember wheaties have more area and conductivity and you may be missing deep silver...
