Spent a lazy Sunday sorting some 2010 finds. I still have junk jewelry, silver jewelry, and relics to look over. Clad is all tumbled, and banked. FWIW, I missed bettering 2009 totals by around 25 bucks. I found a lot less in 2010, but silver and gold prices were so high it all equaled out in the end.
Clad total was 10,066 coins for $972.04. Here are the coins that are too damaged to return to circulation. This does not include cruddy old zincs,of which there were probably 500.

Here's some of the silver and older coins. A lot of the better stuff goes into 2 x 2s then into my book. I'd guess this is about half of what I actually found.

Here's the gold. Total weight is 39.8 grams. Total gold weight is .6712 troy ounces of pure gold. On 12/31 it was worth $954.20. Pretty close to clad total I just noticed.

I haven't been reading or posting only because I haven't been detecting. Frankly, that's depressing. I recently had another article picked up by LT magazine. I hope a few of you will get to read it. Supposed to be in the March issue. I submitted it last May. I was very enthusiastic about a rather average hunt when I wrote it. May 2010 was a great month all around, though!
Hope 2011 is off to a good start for all of you!
