Solution to Pinpoint "Lag"

I made a post a few weeks back about the delay when the trigger is released to go from Pinpoint to Search. It suddenly occurred to me that this began happening when I went wireless.

I switched back to my Koss 9000 headphones and the problem went away! There is a 3 second lag caused b y the headphones and the control box talking to each other!

I just came in from hunting and it happened a couple of times for me too today. It seems that it only happens on very shallow targets, like the audio is over driving the receiver circuit on the headphones.

It only happens with the wireless. Are you using the latest version of the wireless headphones? Mine are first generation.

I am using the 1.1 version on the V3, I don't know if 1.3 will be better or not...........we will see.
