Mike while I don't have your answer, I can tell you this. I was watahing two Stingray auctions last week . This first one had recently been back to tesoro to have them go through it and replace the coil. It had a white 8" donut on it. Really wanted that one since I'm used to playing with the brown one on my cutlass in the shallow watsr and know what a pain seeing it can be in some of Arkansas's fresh water locations ... So it may be available already.

They are available right now when you buy a new Outlaw:thumbup:
 
I'm with Hank88. I'd like to see some more reports on the Outlaw. At this point it sounds like a Bandito II
