SO? What's the verdict on the 350?

All i see are AT Pro posts. Didn't anyone buy a new Ace 350? If so, what do you think of it? Is the couple extra Khz's it operates at and a little more iron resolution worth the extra $200 over the 250? Or would you be just as well served just adding the larger DD coil to the 250? Will the 350 actually find small gold nuggets like they say? Any feedback on them yet? Thanks.

I just bought one for for my dad yesterday...should be arriving by Wed next week, so maybe then I can give some feedback then. Not a 200$ difference between the 250 and 350...about an 85$ difference.

I've been field testing it a bit weather permitting and the price difference is minimal and it is worth the upgrade as it is a "souped up" version of the 250 and an even hotter coin magnet plus a respectable relic hunter. The slightly higher frequency makes it hotter on gold rings, small jewelry, nuggets, and the DD coil is a big improvement on nuggets, and in depth, target response, in mineralized soil, coverage, target isolation, and makes pinpointing a real piece of cake. So I'd say it's worth a shot.

All DD coils love bottlecaps. Just the nature of the beast so one has to live with it but the dded performance makes up for the inconvenience.
