After seeing Zeekey's success under one picnic table, it jogged my memory of "one picnic table park". It has a half court basketball, a tot lot and ONE picnic table. Located in the southside of town its pretty well neglected. I left at 4:00 pm and was home cooking a bluegill dinner for the lovely filly @ 6:00. There was NOTHING in the tot lot other than cans. The grass was too high to hunt, so I concentrated a 5 foot circle around the picnic table...........$4.19.

After the dinner of catfish bait, I planned on kicking back, mainly due to the overload of baked beans:hot: and that jar of baby dills I ate, but NOOOOOOOOOOooooo, the filly told me to get up off my  and go find her something pretty.

I then left at 7:15 and proceeded to find $3.48 in clad, a key and a tape measurer.

Total for the day $7.67, and no shiny objects for the filly

GOOD NEWS from outback Ohio. I just happen to be collecting OLD DIRTY CLAD. If your sick and tired of it please send to KCK. LOL hahaha

Nice loot and write up, Quarter. I havn't wet a line since I got this magic wand, but your picture is tempting me to go get some. It sure beats spending the dirty clad at a drive through.

QH you just don't get it do you!!! How many times do I have to tell you the parks are all hunted out??? Knowing how bull headed you are you will probably continue to go into the parks and find nothing as you usually do. This the last time I will tell you. OK...
Now down to some important stuff. With a meal like that you really give new meaning to "just "putt" ing along". QH I am at the age I tend to forget things. Please, Please, remind me to never, never hunt down wind when hunting with you. The little filly wanted you to go so she could probably air out the house? Ah, wife's are so sweet.
QH are you using the 4.5" coil? I am really starting to think I could probably just get by with 4.5" coil because I now tend to hunt the most trashy areas I can find. Many of the areas of real trash are kind of small or confined. If you notice many of the guys who don't have an AT Pro. They seem to not want to detect those trashy areas. I don't seem to move very far in a hunt because I stay in a small trashy area. I have been putting off getting a 4.5" because I really not much of a fan of those little guys.
I do have to say. That is some fine detecting Qh. Great work....Z

Zeekeys

I usually use the sniper for under the bleachers in "pull tab jungle", BUT I have actually done a whole football field once before with it because I was just too lazy err busy to change it.:surprised: I was going to switch it last week, but had some acreage to hunt so I just left the big one on. As soon as school is out I am going to put the little guy to good use, where they load the little heathens angels on the bus. You can do amazingly well with the AT Pro with the big coil, (due to the fast response & recovery speed of the Pro) if you slow your swing way on down to what I would refer as real slow micro swings.

The picnic table, in "one picnic table park" is chained down on one side. I was able to move it 180 degrees and rape reap the rewards underneath, and put it exactly back in place . So the trap is set once again, so to speak  I guess being the only table all the ball players sit there after a game, chillin? Its definitely not used for picnics. If they (players) dropped something in the tall grass, it was mine. I found two definite coin spills, one pennies, one quarters:thumbup:

I was really hoping for a pimp daddy ring, but the grass was calf high:surprised:. I guess I'll have to call the mayor, in my best Barry White voice and complain:rofl:

Now since I can't lie, the whole truth....that was Welch's grape juice in the glass, and I knocked the  thing over right after taking the picture ...
I didn't catch the fish either!
