So far; so good!

I haven't been able to be out and about to play with my new camera very much so far.
Too much time spent at work as we're switching to a new manufacturing software shortly and a combination of other obligations.
I did take Friday off though and took a drive up into Door County.

If you're not familiar with Door County it's the "thumb" that sticks out on the Eastern side of Wisconsin and extends upwards into Lake Michigan.
It is full of old sailing lore, winerys and cherry blossoms... Lol...
Several State Parks and crosscountry skiing and such in the winter.
In the summer it's completely packed with tourists on any given day...

It was a snowy, dreary day on Friday... not the kind that you just die to pull out your camera on...
But... as usual, I tend to always come across the strangest things...
This was a corral behind a barn alongside a rural highway...

I think I will clone out the "Danger" natural gas pipeline sign as it seems out of place... Lol...

I am finding that after having the Digital Rebel XTi that this EOS-40D is a bit of a transition, but not a difficult one to make!
So far, so good!

Lol...
Keep shooting!
Bob
