So do you think the new Fisher will put the hurt on the C$?

Without seeing a spec sheet and hearing how the new F75 handles the bad ground it will be hard to tell. Personally I think the C$ will hold it's own performance wise. The new bells and whistles will probably be nice and the trigger pinpoint will be cool but if it's another chatterbox I'll have to look away.

but I will be keeping both on hand due to a far different frequencies involved, & the C$ having a different sized coils too.....

that may not be correct or only partially correct for that matter. I have lotsa question about the F-75 but since no one really knows the answers to them except for a few at FT why bother asking.

GASP!... I'm coming down with.....DETECTORITIS!!! I have been immune to it for a pretty good while now, but like a lot of sicknesses, I'm relapsing! I was okay until I read the feature set (back light, notches, etc...)but what really clobbered me was seeing a photo! That thing looks gooood in gold and black! (uncontrollable salivation....shorting out my keyboard) I haven't had the "itch" this bad since the Coinstrike made the scene.... (now, where's my medicine...)

...and a darn good 'un. :super: I don't need the newest beeper with pretty stickers.

I just need more time to go get my hands dirty with my C$.

The C$ has been a killer in the heavily mineralized soil here. Only getting about 6 inches tops with the small coil but then again that ain't all bad considering the garbage soil I have to hunt in! I would love nothing more then see the new Fish beat the old and time shall tell :)
