About 3 hours this morning at a beach 30min from home. THis is all sand, haven't finished water housing for GT yet. Surf sometimes too big but nice and sunny.. The chain and charm are 925 Italy, almost never find gold on the beaches here water too cold for swiming...Happy Hunting

Nice Stuff! the charm an chain is a awesome find! I hardly ever find them together. the gold is there even if its in the dry sand. Tends to be deep. I'm in Norther cal and the water is cold but people STILL swim in it, still run around and loose stuff.

Now if we just have 10 degrees warmer water...maybe global warming will take care of that:biggrin:

My hunts are all about the same few coins trash tent stakes and about once a week a silver ring or some other trinket. I keep looking for the gold but haven't found anything except a gold toe ring which my daughter claimed right away....Thanks for looking Capt. and happy hunting

when you least expect it, bang, some major gold will show up!! I work around lifeguard stations from dry sand, lane and into the mine. I have good results griding the area off in front of the towers. also right where people enter an exit the beach, love to see blanket drags in the sand also..just follow them.

Some times you get the bear, and some times he gets you..only constant needed is persistance..
