Headed out this afternoon for a quick hunt, as the other option was to watch TV NOT! Four cents and an older dog tag. Life is good. :)

I like that 'bone' shape, heh! TV is OK for watching "Diggers" :lmfao: (and 'House of Cards' if they'd hurry up and make more!)

Oh well, each to his own I say! :) Crazy weather...it rained all day yesterday, sun is out today with above temperatures, then -12 for the weekend with more snow.

These are the times when you realize that there are other ways of measuring the benefits of detecting without it being the finds. I always seem to appreciate the late fall hunts more, just knowing that soon, I'll only have the salt water beaches available to me. Looks like you had a great time! Also don't be afraid to post a picture of yourself metal detecting with the snowshoes on LOL. Artie

A number of years ago I had to go to BC via Calgary in the winter many times. Now that's an adjustment for someone from Florida who doesn't even like to open the freezer after living in the high country of Colorado for many years. John, it's time to be a snow bird. It's just too darn cold and snowy up there. Come on down.
