sniper question

i was wondering if anyone has field tested the sniper coil for an average max depth on coins, the reason im asking is it seems that im not geting any hits deeper than 4 inches or so ,and if i should do my best to clean out each site then go back with the 9x14 coil looking for those deep targets that simply have to be there
any info at all is greatly appreciated thanx
 
The Sniper amazingly will get an easy 6-7 inches. If you ain't finding coins they either ain't there or your coil ain't passing over them. You can miss a lot of real estate with the Sniper due to its size and considering ar depth the signal is only covering an area the size of a quarter.

cool that eases my mind i always forget about the cone shap coils see in the ground now i can slowit down and overlap my swings a little more without getting so frustrated thank you
