Sneeky 5.3 on the M6

Well it didnt rain here in N- Cal today so i thought ide put the 5.3 coil on my M6 went to a park i hunt every so often- it always produces- and it didnt dissapoint today, 1 3/4 hr hunt 4 qts-1 dm-7 niks-25 pnnys 1 button- i hair pin with julrey on it- 1 lazer tag token AND YES my 34 th ring (cheepo) still when i quit i didnt think i had so many good finds, and maby 10 pull tabs oh yea a little diamond QZ i think,- over by the tot lot, i think ill spend a little more time with the 5.3 and get to know her a little better, 1 of my better hunts today-- fun Z
 
Z - Sounds like you did well. Too much rain in the East Bay the last two weekends for me.
 
IMHO the 5.3 is a very useful coil.

Before I got my 5.3 I had my doubts. Now I DO NOT leave home without it. I found my only IH penny with it at approx 9". My buddy swears he has detected that exact spot with his Garrett 1350 and stock coil. The penny had been there a LONG time,it was completely green,actually really cool looking. I love how light the 5.3 is too,compared to a 950,you can swing it all day without a pain anywhere. It's also a must have for bushes and the woods!:thumbup:
