The X-5 is 5.5" in diameter and the smallest coil I'm aware of for the FBS or BBS machines. Does anybody know how big the Detech coil is? Is it a true 6"?

Yes, the EXcelerator EQ 2 Pro is a true 6" coil.

And if you really want to get small the X-1 Sunray inline pinpointer is basically a 1 inch coil that works in both discriminate and pinpoint modes. It has about a 2-3 inch depth..

I have a Detech 5" Excelerator I am looking to sell relatively cheap...It has some scratches on the bottom, but nothing major. Still works 100% and can get within 1 1/2 inches of metal poles...If interested, PM me...
