Took the Vision to Santa Monica Beach Monday.

Got a few $ in clad. I had a time scooping this little junk type red stone in a copper setting.
Still has a little gold plate in spots :-|

Sand: dry/wet
Program: Salt Beach RX: 8
Coil: 10DD
ID=14 about 1 or 2 inch depth. I just scooped it without thinking about the Vision testing :-(

Oh well. just wanted to show the small find.

No problem..I went right down to the water and back to dry sand-no change in settings. I was not pushing the RX too hard.

I started the day with the BigFOOT coil...BUT it took a dive :-( I need a NEW one. The old one has a broken housing under the mounting ears. DON'T LEAN ON THE DETECTOR !
